June 21st 2009: Pakistan beats Sri Lanka by 8 wickets to win Twenty20 world cup!

Twenty20 is a form of cricket, originally introduced in the United Kingdom for professional inter-county competition by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), in 2003. A Twenty20 game involves two teams, each has a single innings, batting for a maximum of 20 overs.

In a time when Pakistani's are disheartened. A country in trouble (again). Suffering under the threat of near daily violence from a bunch of uneducated narrow minded foolish thugs whose self righteousness makes their interpretation of Islam so very alien to both the spirit and letter of the Quran, the Twenty20 became a moments distraction allowing everyday people to experience everyday joy, woohoo!
