17 - St James Park

I infrequently have to travel to London for meetings and I Always make sure I take the opportunity to squeeze in seeing something beautiful and interesting rather than just rushing along with all the grumpy looking commuters. (I love Tate Britain and the National portrait gallery and the V and A) This was my first trip on the Caledonian sleeper and it got in very early and before the galleries were open so I had plenty of time to walk from Euston to Pilmico via Buckingham palace, Green Park and St James Park.

I am continuing to play with my iphone to capture images and I have discovered the instagram app- I like the tones in this picture.

Also this week I went to see Falkirk Operatic Society's version of Oliver as my partner is the Musical Director and I adore watching him conduct - what a fabulous talent.
