The End: Part 2
I've done it!. I've completed this remarkable and challenging project which has pretty much dominated my life for a big part of the last year.
It has not been easy: taking, sorting, processing and uploading photos, relentlessly, day after day. This while still being a mother, wife and GP. Through sickness, sadness, punishing days at work but also wonderful, magical, happy days that are now captured forever.
I have no regrets and my life has undoubtedly been enriched by this journey.
It has fuelled my passion for photography but most importantly opened my eyes to the wonder and beauty around me. I feel so much more appreciative of the natural world, the changing seasons,, beautiful light, the radiant energy of my daughter.
I may be taking a day or two out but I still have so many ideas and so much to learn. I sense that I'm in my infancy with regard to photography, but I look forward to continuing to grow. My D800 has already brought me so much joy and a long and happy relationship lies ahead.
Thank you to my wonderful family and friends, especially those I have met along the way who have provided so much support and encouragement. I know my family is glad to see the back of this project.
And now with a sigh of contentment and relief, a fond farewell to my 365.
