" IN THE HOUSELESS WOODS"
I found this lovely spot to spend an undisturbed night, in Bigsweir woods, my only concern was finding a pitch where I could avoid crushing the bluebellsl! The next picture shows the wonderful view from my tent. Eleven miles of the Offa's Dyke Path completed.
From Tintern Abbey
"....from among the trees
With some uncertain notice, as might seem
Of vagrant dwellers in the houseless woods,
Or of some hermit's cave, whereby his fire
The hermit sits alone"
William Wordsworth 1780-1850.
