Phase 2 New Starter

Following the recipe in Peter Reinhart's Whole Grain Breads. I milled some wheat berries into flour for this starter. This is at the start of phase 2 with the additional flour and pineapple juice added to the starter from phase 1. I have only seen very slight bubbling so far.
