After 11 straight hours of caking, countless cups of coffee (thanks ma), hours of muscle kneading fondant ( thanks a million dad) and last minute trips to bunnings ( love you Neil)....here she stands tall before being collected for her maiden journey to Bowral today. Just over 18.5 inches tall this 3 tier ivory wedding cake was decorated with handmade pearls and frills. The middle tier was brushed with edible pearl luster.
Cake: Bottom tier: Moist white chocolate mud, layered with fresh raspberries and French Vanilla Swiss butter cream.
Middle tier: Delicately spiced carrot cake layered with French Vanilla Swiss buttercream.
Both tiers iced with Belgian white chocolate ganache and covered with ivory fondant.
