Pleated cake

After a wonderful 3 week break I'm back and this is my first creation for 2011. I'm not sure what the tech. term for this is but I just call it pleats. Two toned pink and champagne fondant pleats adorned with silk roses and non edible berry spray....specially created for a small intimate wedding.


8 inch double barrel Choc'n' cherry mud with Belgian dark chocolate ganache.
