Twinkletoes, who flew with Alcock and Brown

Pilot's mascot, on display at the Air Museum, RAF Cosford, Shropshire. Twinkletoes accompanied Alcock and Brown on the first non-stop transatlantic flight, from Newfoundland to Ireland, in 1919. Twinkletoes belonged to Brown. Alcock had a similar black cat, called Lucky Jim.
