A great B&W with a message. Love it!
Indeed, I hope you can see it through :)

I know what you're going through - my husband found it so much easier with nicotinell but they don't always agree with everyone. Good Luck! Great photo!

I may not be the best critic, but here it goes. Im sure others will critique better than i can.
      A) Composition-I have to say the composition is excellent. Lighting is very powerful and is in the right place. Depth of field is excellent.
      B) Camera work- Shot is excellent . Lighting is perfect , the light does show detail greatly on the subject at hand which are the persons hand, cigarrette, ash tray and most importantly the ring.
      C) Your opinion - I have to say this B&W shot is perfect. It does show a message. I can see that this is person is either taking a smoke break from married life or is already content with life as it is. Great job there !

      rate 9.5/10

Hi Su! Im amazed once again. Great composition in black and white. Lighting is very crucial in these kinds of shots esp in b&w and, you seemed to have nailed the lighting in this scene. I like how the arms fade away which adds even more character to photo..
I give this a 10/10 because this shot could not have been portrayed any better. Everything seems to be where its needed to be. Great job

The photo is indeed alive and wanting to tell a story. Usually i dont rate perfects but this is perfect in my book. Good job

Good resolution...we want you and your art around for a long time!! Only people I have known who have successfully quit and stayed that way (and from 1-2+ packs a day) were those who just went cold turkey, no substitutes or patches, but the desire to quit has to be there strong. Good luck with it Jimmy.

Agree with Cat - both on keeping you here and quitting - cold turkey (through personal experience)!!!!

oh that is just so awesome ... a wonderful resolution so perfectly depicted!! (I did it, you can do it. At first it seems like life will never be as good without a cigarette, I know .. but .... it IS just as good. It is better even. I could go on and on but it would be obnoxious so I'll just say "DO IT"
