Pan Chicken

Pan Chicken is a variation of the well known Jerk. Even though it employs the same seasoning as Jerk, it is slow cooked on a grill made from metal drums instead of the wood fire used to make traditional jerk meats. Pan chicken can be found on the streets of Jamaica being prepared by the chef normally termed as the Pan Chicken Man. It is served with hard dough white bread and of late hard dough whole wheat bread.
