Singing robin

    Newer Older

I don't often photograph birds, because quite frankly I am rubbish at it. But I couldn't resist snapping this happy little robin, even though I had my macro lens on, as usual.

Robert Wilson (also on 500px), and 14 other people added this photo to their favorites.

I especially love the aspect of shooting through the foliage. It provides such a lovely, soft border that gently nudges our eyes to settle on the robin.
