The Steel Trees At Stephen Avenue Walk (Abstracted)

One of Calgary's most famous displays of art meets engineering meets architecture meets functionality, the "Steel Trees" constructed along Stephen Avenue Walk, at the heart of the downtown urban core and a local commercial hot spot / one of Calgary's original streets, were designed to reduce wind gusts between the buildings.

I had been meaning to get a good photo of them for a while and my dad and I's trip to the Glenbow Museum last Friday provided the perfect opportunity, as we passed right underneath the "trees" on our way to the Museum.

I was feeling experimental tonight, so uploaded the abstracted version first, but the original will be coming soon!
