The Taj, Framed

    Newer Older

I recently gave a few talks here in Austin (one at UT and one at ACC) about photography, this technique, and various other meandering topics on the brain and perception that I hope did not bore the crowd! This is one of the photos that we worked on during the class, so I thought I would upload to share with everyone!

Now that's an HDR image I like. Great colours and perspective!

I do like your work, but I think this time the Taj might be a bit overexpossed. I like the details of the inside walls though..

Sweet! About the classes. HDR is very cool. When I get past this major headache, I'd like to go out and do some serious shooting. Not certain what I want to do subject wise??? I have the trial version of Photomatrix and I've spun the dials around and there is a lot of fine controls. Kansas doesn't have many varied subjects at least not close by and the fraud took me done a bit. But it does have incredible skies at times. Once I replenish the well I really want a good wide angle lens.
