Irish Coconut

3/4 ounce white rum

3/4 ounce baileys

3/4 double cream

1/2 ounce coconut cream

2 or 3 ounces soda water

 

Shake the first four ingredients over ice and strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice. Top up with soda.
