Pegu Cocktail
The Pegu Cocktail was created in the Pegu Club, Burma in the days of the British Empire a smooth blend of gin, curacao and lime.
Pegu Cocktail
3 lime wedges
3/4 ounce curacao
2 ounce gin
2 dash angustora bitters
muddle lime, curacao and bitters in a boston shaker glass ice and gin. Shake and strain inro a chilled cocktail glass.
garnish with lime peel strips.
