Daiquiri

Another summer classic for the Daiquiri is named after the town of the same name in Cuba. The original recipe was created by american engineer Jennings Cox and Cuban engineer Pagliuchi in the later part of the 20th century.

A simple but refreshing blend of rum, lime and sugar the Daiquiri was a favourite of Hemingway who had his own special recipe known as the Papa Doble.

Daiquiri

2 parts rum ( use Bacardi Gold)

1 part fresh lime juice
