367 visits her old haunt

At the Penicuik terminus near to the Pentland Hills an old friend turned up in the drizzle as F367 WSC Leyland Olympian purred into the lay-by filled with members and friends of the Edinburgh Transport Group. This was the old terminus for Service 15 in the days when six of these Olympians would run this long diagram between Midlothian and Tranent in East Lothian.


These orange and white buses were rather distinctive in appearance during their last period in general service from 2005 to 2009 and it was a rare thing to see them on anything other than Service 15. Even Lothian's information brochures told passengers to look out for the orange buses on the 15.
