HAB Launch One
I launched and tracked a high-altitude weather balloon on May 19th, 2010. The payload included a digital camera and HD video recorder as well as a GPS unit and radio.

The altimeter failed, but it attained a maximum recorded altitude of ~32.06km with an actual altitude a few hundred meters higher.
