My friend, Eric doing his best Saturday Night Fever "Stayin' Alive" impression. Here he is painted with a kaleidoscopic pen-style green laser. I use green lasers for helping people navigate the night sky, but my local electronics store (Frys) was out of the regular style, so I got the (cheaper) kaleidoscope version. It works great as a regular laser by just taking the lens off. With the lens on it throws out a pretty wide beam of hundreds of pinpoint lights.
Obviously Eric kept his eyes closed here.
The red glow is from my friend, Phil's brand new 5DMKIII who was standing beside me. There was so much moisture in the air that the "exposing" light spilled into my shot. Not complaining, though. In fact I like it.
