this makes my mind go all over the place. The viewpoint of a driver after a chase and crash staring at the BK bridge before losing consciousness. Awesome.

      Great shot. c.1988?
Nice imagination, but in reality this was a notorious dumping spot for many years.

This is terrific--it has a gritty crime scene look, but the bridge is so transcendent and stately. What a juxtaposition!

so good it's scary.... You should give your fans more details about each photo, I'd love to hear the stories behind how you composed these masterpieces, the equipment you used, when you shot them, etc, etc...

Thanks, Andrew, for your very kind words. Actually, I wasn't aware that I had "fans"... But I'll certainly try to give some more background where it may be useful or interesting....

As far as equipment, I'm an old fashioned 35mm film guy. I still haven't surrendered to digital. Not sure how much longer I can hold out!

Very dramatic shot. Reminds me of the view I had through my windshield after flipping my car back when I was 16 and reckless. Of course it wasn't as picturesque as the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges but it still takes me back.

Cool. I don't understand this location though. Isn't this at the fulton fish market/pier 17? Are you in the river? What year was this taken.

I actually can remember growing up in the 80's, abandoned stripped cars were like playground equipment to us kids in Brooklyn.
