It may be a planet instead of a star, but the light in the sky has a wonderful reflection in the water near the shore in this capture. The water in the strait was almost still, which is very unusual for this area. When I started the 20 second exposure, there was an aircraft headed from the left across the bay... thus making the streak of light between the star and the horizon. It was also interesting to note that I could not see any other lights in the sky, but upon examining the photo, I saw several other stars clustered around the bright one. (IMG_1371a)
