Still messing around with the camera on auto and Aperture Priority (AV) with exposure compensation in particular.
The subject here is a standard 11watt spiral CFL bulb, rated at 2700K and for anybody interested, the camera settings can be found in the EXIF data.
This shoot really showed up how inconsistant Auto can be and the exposures were all over the place. it only required a slight movement in the framing to change the exposure quite a bit. I was very surprised at how unpredictable it was, but guess I have been working in Manual for so long, I expect things to stay the same until I change them :)
All part of learning though and it did give me an idea for another shot to try :)
