Washington DC, on the Pennsylvania Avenue sidewalk facing the White House, Sunday April 20, 2014. I stuck my 35mm lens through an opening in the bars to get this hand held shot. Casual photographers are not allowed to use a tripod in front of the White House but may use a monopod.
