Portal Park Slice is a 1978 sculpture designed by Robert Irwin for the John Carpenter Park in downtown Dallas. It's a 700 foot wall made of cor-ten steel. The top of the wall is level but the park consists of several grassy knolls so that actual wall height varies from a few inches to about twelve feet depending on the location.
