Kirkandrews on Esk
After a friend mentioning a "Moody" shot of Kirkandrews on Esk church the other day, i've been thinking about the shot, so took a drive out this evening to scope it out a bit more, even though I know it well. The clouds weren't right for the shot in mind, so fired off a long exposure instead, so for a tester shot, i'm rather pleased with how it turned out.
This is such a beautiful church, built in 1776 from red sandstone, in a gorgeous location, right next to the river Esk, it's so peaceful, and certainly a place i'd love to be when the time comes.
