U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry travels to Paris, France at the invitation of President Hollande, July 13–14, to attend Bastille Day celebrations.

Secretary Kerry then travels to Moscow, Russia, July 14–15, where he meett with senior Russian officials to discuss Syria, the Ukraine crisis, and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, among other issues.

The Secretary then travels to Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, July 16–17, where he meets with Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn to discuss a range of bilateral issues, the transatlantic relationship, and a variety of other issues of mutual interest.

Secretary Kerry then travels to Brussels, Belgium, July 17–18, where he meets with EU Member State Foreign Ministers and EU High Representative Federica Mogherini, ahead of the Foreign Affairs Council, to discuss key foreign policy priorities.

Finally, Secretary Kerry travels to London, U.K., July 18–19, where he attends multilateral meetings on Yemen and Syria.
