Buttercream rose swirl cake

    And another buttercream cake! This time topped with the rose swirls that I normally use to top cupcakes.

    This cake was more difficult to do as you're covering edges with round swirls but I like the effect and think it gives another different look to choose from.

      Is that a cake ? Can you eat it ? I'd imagine a Monty python style slap on the back of the hand if I tried to sneak near it. :)

      I love the look of the rose swirls you did a great job it's very pretty, and a huge thankyou to 'I am baker' I too which i had seen the tutorial earlier, the buttercream recipe is excellent and holds up really well in our humid Australian climate!
