Southern Namibia - 2016
Did a road trip through the southern part of Namibia in late April / early May 2016.

Started at my favorite sanctuary,
N/a’an ku sê Foundation & Lodge near Windhoek. Lots of great photo opportunities with habituated & rescued animals that would be tough or otherwise impossible to get in the wild.

From there we focused on the unique scenery and landscapes in the southern part of this vast county. The Kalahari red dune area, Luderitz and Kolmanskop - the abandoned diamond mine settlement. Then we went into the Namib desert and to Sossusvlei, which has become a World Heritage Site, the Sand Sea.
