Happy old friends

Greece has a high average age. That means that most of the Greeks alive are older rather than younger. Especially in Crete, older people are very common because it is considered one of the places on earth were people live the longest. The place that is on the top of that list is in Greece again and it is Ikaria island. Most people reach 100 there, I think. Anyway, this photo was taken on one of the main streets of Rethymno about a month ago. I just loved the happiness in the faces of these old friends, I felt I had to take the shot. I moved in quite close, since I had my 20mm pancake lens on my NEX-6. Snap!
