Paden and I found this beautiful ashford traditional on the side of the road in Bulli. I originally took it because Grandma(not my own, but she is my neighbour and now my new grandma!) mentioned wanting to learn to spin, and a free wheel is always a good thing. We were late for the train, so Paden heroically carried it up the rolling hills of bulli to the train station, where I took it to my parent's house, and the next day back to my house via public transport. Fran told me that I could use an elastic rather than replace the spring(the only thing missing!), so now it's all perfect and beautiful! I dusted it down, and the bits of metal that I thought were rusted aren't. Ahhhhh!
