Taz By: Taz

I butterflied and grilled a whole chicken. It was awesome. Marinated in olive oil and vinegar with garlic, parsley and lemon.

My new favorite thing to do.

A-Train, we are going to do two of them!

jdy, I cooked it on just over low for about 40 minutes. Started it back down then finished it on the breasts. I did not this time but I usually use a digital probe thermometer. The only real way to know if it is done perfectly.

BTW butterflying is really easy with scissors. You just cut down each side of the back bone.

i want so badly to make comments regarding taz "finishing on the breasts" and "digital probing", but that would be wrong.

Nice! Any seasoning under the skin?
  • Taz PRO 7y

Rob, nah I was lazy. A good overnight marinade should penetrate well. I am going to do that this weekend.
