37/52 [time to sit]
I didn't participate in the current group challenge this time (Dog Shaming), not because Augie is some sweet little perfect angel dog, but because our biggest shame is her wildly overreacting to ... little yappy and/or white dogs. it's the worst, and makes her seem so wild and out of control, and while it might be funny (if you didn't have to actually deal with it), I didn't want to face that situation *and* try to deal with trying to take a photo.
anyway, another busy weekend, another happily tired pup. still, she wanted to do her morning fetch time, but after a few throws, just kind of dropped the ball and … sat. just sat down and sniffed the air, looked around, and sat. she did have a busy time the day before visiting with her (human) cousins, and a lot of playing fetch. usually a day of recovery follows one of those busier than average outings. I love this reflected light we get at certain times of the morning off of the windows on our building. it's our own little natural reflector, just a hint of light to overcome some of the shadow by the fence.
