There were three major components of the changes to the Orientation process.
The most significant change was that the classes were no longer held weekly. An employee would no longer report to HR on their first day. We'd have monthly welcome sessions that we called New Employee Welcome Sessions.
A CD was developed with an interactive .pdf for each employee. It included embedded audio and video clips from the company CEO, HR, and Benefits administration. The CD came along with all their paperwork and a scavenger hunt called Mission Expedition.
Rather than sign paper version of our internal documents, we had employees complete an online module through the organization's Online University.
