Tankard 2

I made this tankard for Dicea. She requested a new tankard for her Renaissance Festival garb.

 

The tankard is turned from oak that I gathered from a felled tree afer Hurricane Ike. It is stained, then finished with a food-safe butcher block finish.

 

The sawdust and wood chips are some of the pieces from the original log.
