Never surrender

Taken at the Brownfields location. I don't know exactly when the factory was abandoned, but it can't have been too long ago. Still in the short years it's stood empty, nature is quietly reclaiming it. The grass grows from the railway tracks, the blue jays nest along the ruined remains of burned out buildings, and this small seedling somehow found its way into the smallest little hole in a vast expanse of concrete.

Thing is, if it makes it, it'll easily beat out that concrete, and you'll have a tree growing in the middle of a parking lot.

Put up a parking lot? Paradise will reclaim. In the words of Gandalf, that is an encouraging thought. :)
