Almond okara

Okara is the leftover pulp when making nut milks. It doesn't have a taste, but it is supposedly quite nutritious. Most recipes I've seen on the net involve "hiding" the okara in recipes where it won't be noticed, rather than turning it into a useful food on its own.

 

Personally, I like to use it as a skin treatment while it's still warm.
