Taiwanese styled popcorn chicken. If you been to a boba house / bubble tea house, then you probably know how this tastes. It's not the typical popcorn chicken that is soaked in buttermilk. Instead, it's a marinade of a few different type of sauces + onions and garlic then coated with this semi spicy seasoned flour.
