Day 67: SP
Today was one of those days where I had 9 hours of sleep. Rare as it is, it was nice. Typically, I would average 3-4 hours a night sometimes none at all. But once I got some serious sleep, I wake up not knowing what day it is. Perhaps it's because I'm on a different circuit training that my body is just exhausted and sore.
By the way, no special lighting done here. It's just from a window.
