Any idea what will happen to this building?

Hmm, its an odd tale to what the station will become.

It seems it wouldnt be feasible to renovate the building, and it would cost too much to demolish the building, as it is beyond modern demolition technology.

Only time will tell what will happen.

almost shows it in all its glory.

it's like a wish to be triumphant again.

      Great shot with beautiful light.

I finally saw the movie that was made there, with the cars zooming through this and another building I've seen here.

Hopefully will be there this Summer & get some shots.

I was inside there about a month ago when the snow was thawing out. Chunks of the ceiling in the main lobby were falling all around. I worry that it'll decay away some day. I hope they just leave it alone or renovate it. I'd hate to see it gone. I think that's my favorite spot on planet earth.

      - nice photo. I'm not certain this building ever looked as beautiful in it's "day" - cast my vote along with MTB - leave it alone, like the Pyramids or something.
