Day 347: On Disappointment

In my opinion, there's nothing worse than disappointment. Our hopes are what make us, and when they are crushed, we hardly know what to make of ourselves. Some can forget easily and find a new achievement to look forward to, while others of us either wallow and reminisce, or rise up against whatever crushed our ideals. Needless to say, I usually fit into the latter category.
