Tequila Por Mi Amante
In preparation for a forthcoming seafood extravaganza to be cooked over an open fire while camping with friends in New England, my beloved and I have prepared "Tequila Por Mi Amante" (i.e., Tequila For My Beloved).
- 1,500 ml mason jar
- 750 ml bottle of silver tequila
- 2 quarts fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
- Chill and wait 21 days
- Drain through paper towel/filter and discard strawberries
- Serve to additional beloved
