The shorts have navy blue whales embroidered on them. Both kill me.

My son turned 3 in March and also LOVES his trains. Our living room has become a train track obstacle course!

We had friends save us Pringle's cans and Velveeta boxes (YIKES) to use as tunnels. I miss those days.

Does he have a child-sized play kitchen, or has Jacob already become a giant?? Because I love the idea of him growing up to follow in his mama's footsteps!

at first glance his play kitchen looked like the real deal and he looked like a giant. the cutest giant ever.

It is, in fact, just barely smaller than my real one. And better outfitted: it has a microwave.

where did you get the toy kitchen? It looks really cute and I am looking for a wooden play kitchen for my little guys.

      He can't be THREE!?!

The kitchen is from Ikea. It's inexpensive, minimal (but contains a "microwave," oven, cabinet, sink, stove, pot rack...) and space efficient (about 30" wide!). I highly recommend it and the little pots, pans and dishes.

The day we set up the train tracks in the living room changed our lives. I can almost cook a real meal now!
Finally made the peach butter from last year, THATS a keeper. Thanks Deb!
