oatmeal strawberry cookies

I've been AWOL, but I've been cooking! So, I thought I'd play a little catch up.

 

Obsessed with how awesome oatmeal tastes with diced fresh strawberries stirred in, I had to do this. They were amazing. For an hour. Then they became stale and chewy. So, only do this if you eat them real quick.
