      I like this combination of flavors - it's assertive and familiar, and the format is a smart turn on tomato soup & grilled cheese (the first meal that comes to my mind when the temperature falls). Then again, I lived in Wisconsin and almost always have a chunk of Cheddar in the fridge. Good, sharp Cheddar can do just about anything in my kitchen. Plus, who doesn't like a tomato & cheese sandwich in the summer?
