    I think I found my next bring-along to a BBQ. Zucchini like I'd never had it before.

      Wait, if it were carpaccio, wouldn't it be raw?

      It is. Slivered and salted and drained (it gets floppy), then tossed with salt, cheese, lemon, parmesan, olive oil and arugula.
