strawberries, rhubarb

    From Nigella a while back, I learned the joy of chunky pieces of fruit in a crumble. This is approximately 1.5 cups of rhubarb in 1-inch pieces, and about a quart and a half of strawberries, mixed with the juice of one lemon, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and a pinch of salt.
