pork tenderloin

The recipe calls for pork butt, which I pretty much never get sick of saying, but the butcher at Whole Foods thought that would be a bad way to go, as we were cooking it less than an hour, only needed a one-pound piece, and it would be full of fat. We do whatever were told. Also: I am now in love with pork tenderloin. First time cooking or eating it.
