green onion dressing

From Bobby Flay. God, this is so good. His recipe suggests that you puree TWO serrano chilis along with your bundle of green onions, oil, vinegar and dollops of mayo in the food processor and I thought, "Bobby, you are insane. Most people cannot handle one, let alone TWO serrano chilis in their food. And I'm not THAT much of a spice pansy..." So I used only one. And you know what? I could barely taste the kick once it was tossed with the cabbage and red onions in a slaw. Could have totally used the second one.

 

I admit my mistakes, don't I?
