I know pictures of fleshy pink raw meat are nasty, but what I wanted to capture was my jealousy, yes jealousy, of these boneless skinless chicken thighs because they spent the major portion of the last 24 hours in a giant vat of freshly-squeezed margarita and I spent it at work. It smelled awesome. And then! And then I dumped all that liquid down the drain. Of course. I mean, it was disgusting. But I still felt a little sad.
