kale-dusted popcorn

    After a long day of cooking. With more energy, I'd have made less oily chips that ground better. We ate it, despite its flaws. :)

      Ooh, this looks really good. I have an obsession with making popcorn and using different spices, etc for toppings. Any other good popcorn toppings you can suggest?

      I was just thinking nori (salty type) would be good crushed atop popcorn -- wish it were not midnight and the Asian store was open!

      @hinterlens - in Hawaii we put furikaki nori (seasoned nori, sesame seeds) and we LOVE to put that on popcorn with lots of butter so it'll stick. We call it, Hurricane popcorn. Yum, yum, yum.

      Do you put the kale in before you pop or after?

      After. Just grind it up a bit in a mortar and pestle. The recipe was for Kale Chips.
